Meet Gene Aikens

Gene has spent more than 45 years building and leading companies. His first business was in 1980. As a father of five, he knows how much a safe, healthy home means to a family.

He is no stranger to new ideas. Gene has run five crowdfunding campaigns, including one of the first credit-card-sized drives that could move files between Apple and Android phones.

For the last two years he has been designing HomeBloxx, a home that sets a new standard for comfort and health at a price anyone can afford. The next step is the first prototype home.

Gene designs the home and the system. The founders and the people of each town decide how their town runs.
