Every HomeBloxx home is made from the same 12×24×10-foot bloxx. Walls are panels that come out and go back in, so the home can change and grow without dust, demolition or a contractor.
Built to last for generations
The frame is bolted, glued and screwed together. It is extremely strong, with no welding and no shipping containers. It sits on helical ground screws, not a poured slab.
Inner and outer walls are separate panels with natural insulation dropped in between. A front wall made of four 6-foot panels slides open, so you open a wall instead of a door.
Grows with your family
Start with one. Add more as life changes.
One-bloxx home
12×24. A full bath, a 6-foot kitchen and glass sliders. Everything one or two people need.
Four-bloxx family home
Four bloxx around a private 24×24 courtyard with a roof that opens to the sky. Add bloxx one at a time as you grow.

Rainwater collection from the roof and filtered drinking water.

Lights, air and power run from one simple app. Hard-wired internet, so you don't need WiFi everywhere.
Kitchen and bath
Kitchens in 6-foot and 12-foot sizes that bolt to a wall panel and can move. Bathrooms with multiple shower heads and full-body drying.

A HomeBloxx home has no asking price. You make one monthly payment and the title is in your name. No bank loan, and no foreclosure.
