HOMEBLOXXThe future of living
TownBloxx · the town

A town that builds itself.

A TownBloxx town is about 150 people on 100 to 200 acres, about an hour from Nashville. Everyone has a trade, everyone has a home, and the money stays in town.

How a town starts

Founders, then the factory, then the homes

  1. 12 to 15 founders.People who share the vision and cover the key trades. Once they are in place, the town is theirs to run.
  2. The factory is built first.Everyone who moves in has work on day one, building homes and everything that goes in them.
  3. About 100 families, 100 trades. Each family brings a trade the town needs: baker, nurse, mechanic, teacher, plumber. Every gap is the next person to invite.
  4. Grow to about 150, then plant the next town.Everyone still knows everyone. A cluster of themed towns, linked by free town rides.

Elders at the heart

Elders live in real homes, eat at the common table and teach what they know, for far less than assisted living.

Built to stay fair

Rules nobody can bend

  • The land is held in one piece and can never be sold out from under the people living on it.
  • Residents vote. The founders and residents decide how the town runs.
  • Every dollar shows on open books, with software that flags anything that doesn't add up.
  • The money rules change only when every founder agrees, after a 30-day public wait.
  • Private life stays private.
